Promotion Overview

List your property with Andrew Clark – Tremains Real Estate during the promotional period and receive either:

  • A complimentary 2-night getaway at the Reef Resort, Taupō, or
  • A $500 discount on the total cost of marketing

This offer applies once your property becomes unconditional.

1. Eligibility

  • The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older who are residing in New Zealand at the time of entry.
  • To qualify, participants must enter into a signed listing agreement with Andrew Clark – Tremains Real Estate between 15 October 2025 and 21 December 2025.
  • Only residential property listings located in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand are eligible.
  • The property must be a new listing and must not have been previously listed with Andrew Clark – Tremains Real Estate in the past 6 months. Only listings signed from 15 October 2025 onwards are eligible.

2. Offer Details

  • Eligible clients will receive either:
    • A complimentary 2-night stay at the Reef Resort, Taupō in a Luxury Studio Lake View room for two people (valued at approximately $500), or
    • A $500 discount on their marketing package.
  • Accommodation bookings will be made once the property becomes unconditional.
  • The stay must be redeemed within 6 months of the listing agreement date.
  • Redemption is subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Peak periods and public holidays may be excluded—please check availability directly with the Reef Resort at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Redemption

  • Upon signing a qualifying listing agreement, clients will be issued a voucher or booking code, which can be redeemed once the property becomes unconditional. This will be provided along with the vendor gift from the agent.
  • The voucher is valid for single use, is non-transferable, and must be used within 6 months from the date the property becomes unconditional.

4. Exclusions & Limitations

  • The offer is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred to another promotion.
  • If the accommodation stay is not used within the 6-month redemption period, the offer will be forfeited.
  • Only one accommodation package will be provided per property listing, regardless of the number of property owners (further discussion can be had directly with Andrew if needed).
  • If the listing is withdrawn or cancelled prior to a sale, Andrew Clark – Tremains Real Estate reserves the right to withdraw the offer.

5. General Conditions

  • Andrew Clark – Tremains Real Estate reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • By participating in this promotion, clients agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Andrew Clark – Tremains Real Estate is not responsible for any losses, cancellations, or delays related to the accommodation once the voucher is issued. This includes but is not limited to resort operational decisions, weather events, or third-party errors.
  • All personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Tremains Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy laws.
