Hayden is a highly experienced business leader, specialising in the real estate sector. His experience extends across agency, property management, residential – commercial and rural property throughout New Zealand. His roles have included previously being Group CEO for New Zealand’s largest real estate brand plus has, and remains the director of multiple real estate businesses. Hayden has other business interests which extend into consulting and property investment also. His day to day focus however is in creating an environment within Tremains Bay of Plenty, that enables a high value proposition to be delivered at all stages of the real estate experience. In his view, this starts with that being delivered internally as he has a strong conviction that a well-supported and valued team are significantly better equipped to deliver market beating results and experiences to the companies clients and customers. The result is a performance culture seated in the two pillars of knowledge and trust. The real challenge to take is, are we creating the environment to allow and encourage our team to seek new personal bests and have the systems, environment and support that enables them, regardless of their roles in the company to achieve that over and over again.
